Intended Use | Instruments are meant for their specific intended use only. Allow instruments to reach room temperature before opening after autoclave or operation. |
Post operation Cleaning start time. | Start cleaning within 6 hours (recommended 20 minutes). Use approved wetting agents. Ensure racks, blades, and working parts are in the open position for better exposure. |
During Cleanings | Use separate racks for delicate, small, micro-structured, and heavy instruments. Avoid dropping or bumping instruments. Use genuine cleaners and disinfectants, free from foam carryover and residues. Immerse instruments for approximately 5 minutes in hydrogen peroxide. Use demineralized or distilled water, free from minerals, silicates, and chlorides for final rinsing. |

Sterilization |
Autoclave at 132°C for 15 minutes (15 - 20 psi) using distilled water. Ensure adequate drying after autoclaving. Autoclave instruments with ratchets in the open position. Place heavy instruments at the bottom and delicate ones at the top. |
Lubrication |
Use paraffin or white oil for lubrication. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for exposure time and concentration during sterilization soaking in disinfectant solution. Perform final rinse with sterile distilled water and ensure proper drying |
